Who we are
Most of our clients come to us after a difficult experience with a larger agency — where senior people disappeared after the contract was signed, the timeline slipped by months, or the code they inherited required a rewrite before they could touch it.
We are deliberately small so that doesn't happen here. The person you talk to in the first call is the person who builds your product. Fifteen years. 150+ projects. The same small team throughout — working with founders, CTOs, and product leads across the US, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
We are based in Lahore. We charge rates that reflect the quality of the work, not the cost of office space in Shoreditch or SoHo. If that feels like a risk to you, look at the case studies. If it still feels like a risk, we're probably not the right fit — and that's fine.

Our approach
Every project is different, but the way we run them is the same: clear scope, weekly demos, no surprises. We treat your budget and timeline as constraints to design within — not guidelines to drift past.
You talk to the builder
No account managers, no handoffs to a junior after the proposal. The engineers on the call are the engineers on the project.
Scope that holds
We write down what we're building before we build it. If the scope changes, we say so and price it separately — we don't absorb it and resent you.
Speed is a feature
We treat performance as a design constraint from day one, not an afterthought. A beautiful site that loads in 6 seconds is a broken site.
Code you can live in
We build with the next maintainer in mind — sometimes that's us, sometimes it's your in-house team. Either way, the documentation ships with the product.

How we build
Frontend
Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind. Static where it makes sense, server-rendered where it doesn't. Shipped to Vercel, Cloudflare, or Firebase Hosting.
Backend
Laravel for traditional applications, Node.js (Hono, Express, Nest) for APIs and real-time work. Postgres and MySQL primary, Redis for caching, S3-compatible object storage.
AI & automation
LangChain and direct OpenAI / Anthropic SDKs, Pinecone for vectors, MCP for agent tooling. Voice via VAPI and ElevenLabs. n8n and custom orchestration for workflow automation.
Infrastructure
AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, Vercel, Firebase. CI via GitHub Actions. Monitoring with Sentry and PostHog. We document infrastructure so you're never locked in.
